What is the three-level management system?

The electronic lines use a three-tier hierarchy — management level, manager level, and user level — each with different rights. The management level configures the lock bank and issues manager credentials; the manager level handles day-to-day tasks such as enrolling or removing users and opening lockers for legitimate reasons; the user level only opens the lockers that the user is entitled to.

Because rights are separated, a front-desk person can help a guest without gaining the ability to change how the system works.
