When the APP is operating in online mode, administrators can revoke the account permissions of employees who have left the company. Once access is revoked, an electronic key that has not been returned can no longer connect to the APP or open the vending machine locks that were previously assigned to that employee.
This means that even if a departing employee fails to return the electronic key, the key will no longer provide authorized access to the vending machines. This helps protect the products stored inside the machines and reduces the risk of financial loss.
